When you purchase ARYA, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the system for your own individual use only. Each purchase is intended for a single user only.

- ✕Share ARYA with friends, colleagues, family members, or third parties.

- ✕Claim ownership of ARYA or any of its contents.
Unauthorized Sharing
We actively monitor unauthorized distribution of ARYA. If we discover that ARYA has been shared, copied, redistributed, leaked, resold, or published without authorization, we reserve the right to:

- •Permanently ban future purchases.
- •Pursue legal remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- •Seek damages, costs, and other legal relief where appropriate.
AI Output Disclaimer
ARYA is powered by ChatGPT and advanced AI technology to provide real-time interview assistance, interview preparation, resume optimization, and communication support.
For the best results, users should provide accurate and up-to-date information, including their resume/CV, job description (JD), skills, experience, and career background. The quality of responses depends on the information provided.

Voice Mode Disclaimer
Certain ARYA features may rely on ChatGPT Voice capabilities. Availability of ChatGPT Voice features is controlled entirely by OpenAI and may vary by:

- •ChatGPT plan & OpenAI feature rollouts
ChatGPT Voice functionality may occasionally be available on Free plans, Plus plans, or other plans depending on OpenAI's policies at the time. We do not control OpenAI's pricing, subscriptions, feature availability, or account requirements.
Users should verify current ChatGPT Voice availability directly within their ChatGPT account before purchasing ARYA.
Platform & Third-Party Services
ARYA operates within the ChatGPT ecosystem. Certain features may depend on services, features, pricing, or policies controlled by OpenAI.
While ARYA itself is a one-time purchase, we do not control changes made by OpenAI, including feature availability, subscription plans, pricing, account requirements, or platform updates.
